Jason Ford serves as Williamsburg’s President & COO, where he leads our team in day-to-day operations including acquisitions, development, management, leasing and dispositions. Jason has been crucial in Williamsburg’s growth over the years and has a keen eye for investment opportunities that will enhance our growing portfolio. Prior to joining the Williamsburg team in 2013, Jason served as Director, Asset Management at The Situs Companies.

Jason graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Masters of Science in Real Estate and received his BBS from Angelo State University with a focus on Real Estate and Management. Jason serves as a current officer for Houston Realty Business Coalition (HRBC).

When he’s not chasing the next big investment opportunity, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Julia, and his newborn son, Lawson. He especially loves family game nights!

Mason Mote serves as General Counsel for Williamsburg Enterprises. He is responsible for the management and strategic direction of all legal and contractual matters for the company. Prior to joining Williamsburg, Mason specialized in commercial real estate finance and transactions at Haynes Boone LLP representing private and publicly-traded banks and companies on projects throughout the United States.

Mason studied at The University of Texas – Austin and received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago, where he graduated summa cum laude with top honors. He received his law degree with a certificate in international law from Tulane University Law School, where he was a member of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law and Tulane Corporate Appellate Moot Court.

Mason is a fellow of Leadership Houston Class XXXV (2016-17) and the REPTL Leadership Academy (2018-19). He was selected for inclusion in Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars by Thomson Reuters in 2017, 2018, 2019. Outside of the office, Mason proudly serves as a board member and officer of the BARC Foundation and a council member of Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart & Vascular Center.

Hank Youk serves as Williamsburg’s Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for the company’s financial operations, compliance and reporting. Prior to joining our team, Hank served as the CFO at JDDA Group.

Hank is a graduate of Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business, where he received a Master of  Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Finance and Real Estate. Hank graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance.

Spencer Harkness

Spencer Harkness, Williamsburg’s Vice President of Investment and Development, is responsible for new investment evaluation, investment management and development execution from conception to completion. Before joining the Williamsburg team in 2017, he served as Development Manager at Midway Companies, where he oversaw the development of several large, mixed-use projects consisting of more than 310,000 square-feet valued over $122M. As Development Associate, he assisted executive management in the development of four commercial mixed-use projects consisting of more than 1 million square feet valued over $114M.

A proud New Orleans native, Spencer received his Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from Loyola University New Orleans. Currently, Spencer serves as an active member of the Casa de Esperanza Advisory Board.

Outside of the office, Spencer and his wife Clayton can be found on the tennis court or traveling with family and friends.

Matthew Kelley

Matthew Kelley serves as Williamsburg’s Development Manager, executing the development of new properties and evaluating investment opportunities for the company. Prior to joining the Williamsburg team, Matthew led retail development projects across the city, which enables him to excel in the work he does today.

Matthew holds an MBA from Rice University, Masters of Architecture from the University of Houston, and a BA of Visual Arts from McNeese State University.

Outside of the office, this self-proclaimed “foodie” enjoys trying out all the new restaurants around town or you can find him in the kitchen cooking almost every day. Matthew is also well-traveled, having visited eight countries and will be visiting Spain this summer. Although he enjoys more exotic destinations, his favorite tradition is his family’s annual vacation to Minnesota, where he gets to spend quality time with his wife and two sons and their extended family.

Jeff Warwick serves as Williamsburg’s Director of Leasing, and loves to “Make it rain with deals!” After joining the Williamsburg team in 2017, Jeff was awarded the 2018 Costar Power Broker Award. His expertise has resulted in leasing up the Williamsburg portfolio from 68% to 90% in less than 2 years. With over 10 years of experience, Jeff previously served as a Senior Associate with SRS Real Estate Partners and Leasing Executive with Weingarten Realty.

Jeff received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Houston.

Outside of the office, Jeff can be found teeing it up on the links or spending time with his wife (Jennifer) and three sons (Jackson, Jordan and Jacob).

Our Senior Leasing Executive, Ali Webre, is responsible for leasing tasks across our entire portfolio. Before joining the Williamsburg team, Ali honed in on her commercial real estate skills as a Property Manager at Fidelis Realty Partners and an Associate at Stream Realty Partners and Ironbridge Realty Partners.

Ali received her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.

When she’s not in the office, Ali stays busy playing tennis, golfing and participating in intramural sports. She also makes time to volunteer with organizations including Texas Children’s Hospital and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, while also serving on the Young Professionals Board for Boys and Girls Club.

Carey Burden serves as Williamsburg’s Vice President of Construction, overseeing the property management division and ensuring that our tenants love everything about their homes. She also leads our property management team, ensuring they embrace the “WE way of life” with her level of enthusiasm and dedication.

Outside of the office, Carey is passionate about the Autism community, and spends her time volunteering for Autism Speaks. She’s also a talented crafter, and enjoys taking on new DIY projects in her home and spending quality time with her husband Rob, son Chandler, and two “fur babies,” Cooper and Bond.

Our Property Manager, Carrie Derouen, joined the Williamsburg team in 2018, and her twenty years of expertise in the field have been invaluable to the company ever since. In her role at Williamsburg, she manages all our retail properties as well as land still under development.

Carrie loves to garden, especially with family. Her favorite family tradition is planting spring flowers with her mother the week after Easter. She also uses her spare time to volunteer for animal rescue organizations.

As Williamsburg’s Property Manager, Sherri Boughton maximizes the potential of our commercial retail portfolio by connecting with tenants, owners and vendors and maintaining positive relationships with the people that matter most to our company.

Sherri graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Management Information Systems. Her expertise and passion adds value to both Williamsburg and the community. Her recent project to implement a building-wide recycling program at one of our developments is just one example of her dedication to improving the communities she serves.

When she’s not in the office, Sherri loves to spend time with her daughter, McKenna, and her Great Pyrenees, Hannah Mae.. She also enjoys traveling to exotic destinations, including her favorite destination, South Africa.

Theresa Germaine serves as Williamsburg’s Property Accounting Manager, and her work for the company includes managing all financial information for each of our properties.

Theresa received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from LeTourneau University, and finished her Master’s Degree in Business Administration there a few years later.

When she’s not busy doing all “the fun stuff” like taxes, reconciliations, and paying bills, Theresa loves to go to church with her family and volunteers there as a Sunday school teacher. She also loves listening to 80s music and visiting museums in Houston during her down time.

Williamsburg’s Senior Accountant, Jared Gunter, brings over 13 years of expertise in managing commercial and residential real estate to our company. His most recent project for the company involves “building a master loan summary,” a project he says is the coolest thing he’s currently working on.

Jared received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in 2000, and later went on to complete his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2008.

When he’s not preparing financials for the team, you can find Jared volunteering as a baseball coach at his local YMCA. He’s also passionate about volunteering with special needs children. He loves to spend time with his 5 children and make time for date nights with his wife, Sarah.

As Williamsburg’s Marketing Manager, Erich Hoff, brings his expertise in graphic design to establish, promote and maintain the company’s brand and generate business. His most recent project for Williamsburg involved developing and implementing our comprehensive brand strategy. Prior to Williamsburg, Erich was a graphic designer for Midway Companies and a Senior Graphic Designer for Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc.

Erich received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Texas Christian University.

Aside from designing for Williamsburg, Erich spends his time volunteering for a variety of organizations in Houston. He serves as Alumni President for his alma mater, TCU’s Houston chapter, and also volunteers as a Young Friends board member for the Ronald McDonald House of Houston. Embracing his other creative sides, Erich has merged his love for music and his love for culinary as a competitive barbecue chef. His favorite family tradition is traveling to Iowa each summer to cook his award-winning Texas brisket for professional musicians including, ZZ Top, Sammy Hagar, Vince Neil and their thousands of fans.
