Williamsburg has sold the former Hush nightclub on I-10 just west of HW 6. An ideal location near the Energy Corridor, the modern building with 500 parking spaces sits on 3.5 acres, claiming almost 300 feet of frontage along Katy Freeway. The 38,196 building is a jewel of a landmark due to high visibility from Houston’s busiest freeway (over 200,000 cpd) and its subsequent income generation from its billboard lease. The site represented a rare acquisition for WE in which all utilities were already available and no re-positioning was necessary.
